Badass Sports Highlights Song - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I was watching the Ryder Cup yesterday and this song came on that I've heard before but never could find out what it is. It's really triumphant sounding and is used a lot in sports highlights clips. It starts out with a piano, then more piano comes in to create an interlocking pattern. Then strings come in for bass, followed by triplets on violins. It's such a raging badass song, I'd really appreciate any help in figuring out what the hell it is.

Anthem Of The World by Stradovarius is the ultimate rugby in a storm song. It is amazingly intense.
