Betrayer is band that hails from Canada. They are heavily influenced by 80's era metal. My first reaction when hearing Decendents of Death was WOW!!! Its a really neat song as are the others on this album. The riffs are thrashy, and vocals sometimes are remininsent of early megadeth, which is'nt some peoples cup of tea. It is by no means a megadeth clone. They are very unique, with some songs even leading towards power metal. It a really catchy album, a breath of fresh air really. If you like Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Metallica, Scorps, Annhilator etc.. Check this album out, I highly recommend it.

I like the instrumental workings, But not really diggin' the singer. Seems like he doesnt "fit in". I dunno, sounds almost as like he's just wanting to get each song over with. Couple mp3's worth saving though. Thanks for the link.
