my religion

In my thoughts. I am God. I control my own life. I choose what I do, no one has some higher power over me. If they did, wouldn't they be massively or somehow affecting me? Also, i believe in the karma theory of " what shit goes around will come around" . Like the other day my friend through a ton of garbage out my car window. Now the A/C died in it the day after that. even though i still have the walking talking christian label from friends and family. and this "heaven hell issue" . If there is a higher God and a Jesus and whatnot, then I guess I shouldnt fear death if I had belief in them. Why do all the hardcore Christian people at church freak out about death then? aren"t they already saved? I think Church is just like a form of (after) life insurance . PAY YOUR DUES OR GO TO HELL AND BE DAMNED! then you discover there is no hell or heaven.....only cheese balls

Sounds a bit like eastern philosophy to me. You should read up on Buddhism.

I am my own temple; only I can find my path to Nirvana and eternal enlightenment.

I can certainly respect that belief, but how can you have complete control yet still be affected by karma?

We all control our destiny, we need not believe in anything other than ourselves. I accept reality as truth, my life is real. You are your own god, worship your temple. Green mustard is the salvation.

karma to me is well....ok, moreso with the concept of.....heres an example.......

Friend and I are driving around town the other day. There is a lot of garbage in the back of my car ( wallmart crap and fast food wrappings) I hadnt thrown anything out of the car for the longest time and my car is a piece of shit to speak lightly of it. For a few weeks the garbage piled up in my car ( faithfully running) . The next night, my friend decides to whip tons of garbage out my window. The next morning I find my car's AC to have died and when i try to shut my car off ( hahaha) I have to manually disconnect the battery terminal to do so.

I guess it is this understanding that If i screw something up intentionally, it comes back to bite me in the ass a whole lot worse...
