noodle's adventures in photography... (lots o'shots)
I have had a fascination with doors and windows since I was a kid. I think it's the bit of voyeur in me. I was going to call this "Doors and Windows" (how creative, right?), but I actually spent a lot of time learning my camera and some shots came out amazing. A whole afternoon in downtown St. Augustine wandering for about a total of four miles or so on a chilly, windy, sunny afternoon. I had to shrink them, naturally, and some is lost in the modifications, but all in all, I was really dang proud of myself, so I thought I'd share a bit. Windows: Doors: and just a few mores.... and my favorite two shots from the entire day...

| Eponymous Location: Central Central Florida | Those are great! I could see the doors and windows matted and framed as a collection on a wall or two. Hmmmm.

| Une petite chou Location: With All Your Base | Thank you all so much. It's the first time I really wandered around with the only intent of capturing pictures. I appreciate the feedback.

You have a good eye. I imagine, better than both of mine put together. I am just more interested in what is beyond a door. | |

| Une petite chou Location: With All Your Base | Charlatan, I wasn't brave enough to try the Old Chub, bu I laughed so hard I snorted. Had to take the photo on the fly as several people thought I was one of the deaf kids from FSDB and I was embarrassing my boyfriend. Apparently. I had the same thought... immediately. I stuck with Young's Double Chocolate Stout and London Porter. Cyn, it's Florida. I live in Jax, about 40 minutes away from the downtown area in St. Augustine. I went to school there for four years... without air conditioning in the summer. So I have some fond memories and some sweaty ones... and not in a fun-sweaty way, either.

| Tilted Cat Head Administrator Location: Manhattan, NY | Flagler Alumni eh? I had a g/f who was a grad from there and her family lived in St. Aug and worked in Jax. I really like that town. I hope to go back there again. Oh how I should have bought a beachfront condo there long ago.... there was some crabshack that we went to... it was yummy and divey.
