how did he vote?

I know this is something i ought to know how to find - but how do i find out my congressman voted on a given vote?

Only on a very rare and special occasion (nothing you or I do will qualify) will you get to speak to the representative if fyou call. You'll always be talking to a staff member, and intern, or the secretary. Occasionally, if you're doing something like organizing an event (my school had a Chris Shays/Diane Farrell debate,) they may personally call you back.
