Genital Herpes?
 

Back in 1979 I was cruising home from work with a co-worker, when a gal from the local cafe drove up next to us.

She acted like she wanted to party, so we all went to a beer bar, about 5PM.

My friend was putting moves on this gal, and went back to my place with us.

All of a sudden, my friends wife popped in and took him away.

The gal said she wanted to fuck, so here we go! I was the only man in the house.

She was one noisey bitch. I had an 11 year old son in the house, tried to keep her quiet, but she was noisey anyway.

I tried to contact her about another date, but she didn't respond.

About a week later I got a red rash on my dick, no itching, no pain, just a rash.

I tried treating it with topical things, but it was very persistent, hung around for about 6 months.

That was over 20 years ago, no other episodes.

Do you think it was herpes?

I've been screwing another lady since 1984, she's shown no signs as of yet.

Go get a test. Herpes can be latent and completely asymptomatic after the initial infection, but you can still shed virus and infect your partner. But as far as I know, herpes doesn't usually show up as a rash. Anybody know anything I don't about that?

My question is, why didn't you go to the doctor in 1979 during the first outbreak...?

But in any case, you'd best get to a doctor now, since very few of us here are actually able to give medical advice.
