Nocturnal Emission Question
 

I was just wondering, if there is anyone out there who knows, is there a cycle to nocturnal emissions similar to the menstrual cycle.

Not that I've experienced.

Had very few when I was a teenager, I think I even had one last year, but there's definitely no pattern to it.

Unless you count that time I passed out during sex.

If you are having sex or jerking off on a regular basis, you probably won't have any. It usually happens when sperm builds up and needs to be let out, because the testicles never stop producing sperm. Some guys still have them despite regular bleeding of the lines, but most don't.

yep, had a contest with the roomates once who could go the longest without flogging the dolphin. Three weeks later it was like I was pre-teen again coming in my sleep lol.

The more you release, the less you will at night. So if you're waxing 3 times a day or more, you won't release at night (normally). Been a really long time since this happened to me.

For me it was mostly when I wasn't getting any, but there has been times when Ive had sex at night and then had a wet dream the next morning.

I have attained the ancient age of 48 and to this day have never had a nocturnal emission, not one, no sirree.

If there's one-per-life there may be a cycle...

BUt then, I've been masturbating regularly since I was 11 years old. In my teenage years, i did it at least twice a day.

Funny, I remember my mother trying to explain "nocturnal emissions" to me - that was her wording too, and until this day, I don't think I've heard anyone else refer to it as a "nocturnal emission"
