well it's not the only thing I enjoy by any means, it's just something I really like in general. I have no significant other either.

Of course I prefer the real thing, without a doubt.

My SO and I talk like that online occasionally (we're long distance the majority of the year), I really enjoy it too. I wouldn't say it's weird as long as the desire for other things is still there.

It can be fun to write on-line. I always compared it to writing erotica. However, as with real life, emotions can get involved. It's not 100% safe. Just like condoms.
