I have only three of them.
1) While seated on chair I just rub it, with sqeezing between thighs now and then, mostly rubbing. This is more frequent method
2) the common one. lying on back or seated, holing in fist and stroking. very occasional.
3) my favorite one. kneel down, and then lay on back, i.e., the butts will rest on the sole of feet, use palm to just press the cock to keep it between the thighs. Now open close thighs at various rythms.

I'm boring when it comes to this - I just lie in bed and do it. Occasionally I'll sit in my lounge chair, but it can be a little difficult to get the 'feeling' and rythm just right.

I have always preferred sitting down, but not totally upright. Lying down completely always requires more effort and time to get off. I have no idea why. Also, standing in the shower is good but requires some effort too.
