I'm looking to do some anal bleaching and looking for advice from anyone who's done it before or anyone who has used some of these products.

1. is the result permanent or temporary i.e. do I have to keep buying the product?

If temporary how long till I have to buy another round

2. Can I buy some over the counter?

Of all the things I've ever thought when a lady I was interested in offered me the chance to become intimate with her anus, that is was in need of bleach has never been on the list.
