I would define forced/unwanted abstinence as what you get when you loose a SO or are trying to get to sex with a SO or just some member of the oppisit sex. Also not getting any an not being wiling to pay for it to get it would also count.

For my situation it is wanting someting you can't have, but still being reminded of how much you want it and nothing else every day.

Also I guess I don't like my forced abstinance because it could be fixed but it just requires patience, and I hate being patient. That is sort of a crappy 3 year old answer but it is true.
