Don't tighten up, just relax and you should be able to last quite long.

Seriously, you will figure out how to last longer, but for now just have lots of foreplay with her and lick her silly then stick it in her and when you are about to blow, pull out and stick your finger in her and finger her for a while till you have gained control of yourself then stick it back in there and repeat the process. They dont care if you blow early, just as long as you can please them. Shit get a didlo to substitute for the fingering while you recover.

I try to find a really good book to read. If I am going at it and I feel like I can't control it much longer, I will take my book off the night stand (currently reading "How to Become a Power Agent in Real Estate" by Darryl Davis) and thumb through a few pages, then wah-la!

I think that is the best advice - firts try to satisfy your women by giving her some pleasure in advance (for play) second try out some moves, try to find those that she really likes and that you can "handle" without climaxing - "girl on top with facing each other" usually works for me, my gf really likes it and it's "easy" for me - switch positions whenever you find yourself tempted to close - but don't be shy about closing either, sometimes a woman can really get hung up about the fact that you have gotten your pleasure without any additional questions asked, it is NOt a competition - and you don't have to climax simultaniously every time, just try and find a good balance for both.
