This one is for the ladies to answer but guys feel free to share some of your ideas too.

I have never gone down on a girl before and I really want to. My girlfriend is ok with it but she has this weird thing about me not doing it untill she shaves. Like I care but whatever. I'm kinda scared that when I get down there I'm just gonna freeze up and just stare in amasement. So I'm asking for help from anyone I can get it from. I know the anatomy and the basics but I'd like to get a little more knowlege before the big day.

Every women is a little different. You should just have fun down there and watch her for signs of what feels the best. If she's communcative it'll be easy. If she's not, and many women aren't, you could tell her that you need her to let you know what's good.

The thing to remember is that you'll never know unless she tells you. You can't always tell by body language. She could be squirming in pleasure or you might just be tickling her.

Stick to the clit area, but make sure you don't over-do it. It is a sensative little nub and too much attention all at once can be painfull (so I am told). There's so many ways for different girls. In general don't attack the clit. Work your way to it.

In short, I like to start with the softly kissing/licking the outer lips. As they open up, I move to the inner lips circling them, licking them, sucking on them seperately. Once the clit gets engourged I'll move to it and start out softly. As she gets closer to orgasm I'll go faster and use more pressure, but I'll still keep a light touch.
