Herpes, ingrown hair, or something else?
 

I have something near the base of my penis that feels like a realy deep pimple, you know the kind that feels kind of hard beneath the skin. It is probally about the size of a pea.

Does herpes produce these symptoms?

BTW, don't tell me to go to the doctor... I'll be waiting at the door when it opens in the morning.

If it was herpes, I'm sure you'd know it. :D Sounds like an ingrown hair, or possibly just a dick pimple. You can get them there, just like everywhere else.

ingrown hair.. the pills will just be antibiotics, as it's just an infected hair follicle. Pop it like a zit, lance it, or wait and hope it goes away, but it doesn't sound like any kind of VD, and it's not uncommon either.

Had a red zit on my sac, I popped it to find this long black hair. I was pretty happy it wasn't anything.

Those things are nasty, definetly sounds like an ingrown hair/infect hair follicle. Guess you could goto the doctors to just be sure :) Or you could pop it or lance as suggested. I removed the hair from one I had ages ago.. unfortunately it just got worse. Not being able to take it any more I squeezed it like a pimple.. (oh did that ever hurt) there was a pop and I opened my eyes to see this pussy ball of stuff jettison over head. It bled for abit but the relief :D Weird thing was is that I never found the pussy ball... O_o
