What's the approximate wait for red wings season tickets? I have heard/deduced that it's in the 4-6 year range. any confirmation/denial/info out there?

I've heard the same thing, but I don't know for sure. And, if I lived in Detroit, I'd sure be on that list!

I've never looked into it, but my friend did albiet several years ago. Then it was 3 - 5. Tickets now are hard to come by, like they always have been.

It's like trying to find tickets in Toronto.... people will red wing tickets to their kids and then the wait is really made longer. Last I looked it was 7-8 years and was not looking good for that.

well you can get single game tickets (depending on the opponent) but a local radio show host mentioned that as soon as he got into town (1999) he got on the waiting list...and now here it is 2005-2006 and he just got the letter before this season saying that his name had come up on the list. so I guess 6 sounds about right.
