Is Micheal Schumacher the Best Formula 1 Driver of All-Time?
 

The question is simple is Micheal Schumacherthe Best F1 driver of all time?

my opinion not at all Aryton Senna was the greatest no one can touch him. Being Canadian I also love Gilles Villenuve gotta love the man who gave us Jaques. :confused:

Senna will always be the greatest to me but Schumacher makes it look so damn easy.

Short answer: Yes.

schumie does make it look easy but the car and team deserve some of the credit, not that schumie is bad i would never say that.

I agree with Hrothgar, Schumacher is a great driver, but Airton Senna will always be the best.

Schumacher is great, so was Senna. To select the best is nearly impossible. But I'd give the edge to Senna, if only for his ability in the wet.

It is near impossible to compare two drivers from different times.

There are too many factors that have changed over time.

not talking about factors like traction ctrl and launch ctrl just want an opinion. i realise things have changed but it can still be there. we could throw in Juan Manuel Fangio to really screw with different factors.lol

Tough to say, the Ferrari team is very good now, so the competition does not seem nearly as formidable now.

Schumacher is probably the best right now. It's a combination of him, the car and the team. As for the best ever, I'd have to agree, it's Senna.

Can you argue against Schumacher? Scoreboard. 6 World championships and STILL going strong. The most in F1 history. Next closest (living) is that French rat Prost, with 4. Its pretty good if you get 1!! But 6!?!?!

As far as the most interesting driver, and fun to watch racer, hands down, Senna. (see: '92 Monaco GP, '93 Japan GP)

F1 today sucks imo. The tracks blow and the racing sucks and the driver's are boring to tears. Maybe Im just getting old..

i think he could well be the best.
i mean, its true that driving for Ferrari does help, but he´s dominated for 6 years now. and that includes one major set of rule changes that were specifically designed to give the other teams and drivers more of a chance.

According to my cousin, Schumacher is the Best Formula 1 Driver of All-Time. I don't follow F1 racing, but I just wanted to add my 2cents.
