Does anyone know how the 2005 NHL draft will work with there being no season?
Who will get Sidney Crosby??

The draft cannot be held without a CBA. Until the owners and players come together and settle this thing, no one is getting drafted. My guess is that Sidney will be in the IHL or AHL at some point like Sergei Samsonov was back in the mid-90's.

So that means the 2006 Entry Draft will have two years worth of prospects in it?

No, actually, there would be two seperate drafts:

Prospects eligible for the 2005 draft could be drafted in the 2005 or 2006 draft
Prospects eligible for the 2006 draft only being drafted in the 2006 draft
