How about for all the noctournal people without a real life we make:

A timer that goes off after like 3 hours of browsing every 12 or so.... like a "GO OUTSIDE AND SEE THE WORLD" timer.... or something of the like...

I've spent too many hours up late at night trolling, posting, reading, and not sleeping...

who knows... might be good for me... however much it drives me nuts...

But you posted at 01-23-2004 10:31 AM, no self respecting noctournal person would be up at 10:31 AM, unless they are still awake from the night before...
