I believe that individuals can control their blog comments on their own, overriding the system wide controls.

check to see if it is for everyone like edit your entry in my blog from yesterday. I don't have any personal blog comment changes.

Odd. I flipped from "TFP Green" to "Insignia" and it showed up.

Maybe I'm just retarded. The little yellow pencil isn't in "TFP Green."
