cookies expiring prematurely
 

I just finished typing in a fairly lenghty journal entry and once I submitted it, it said I must own the journal to post in it. This has happened before and it has always been a cookie problem, regardless of browser or platform. Periodically, when I'm browsing the board for more than say 45 minutes or so I will have to relogin as well. I know people have recommended typing out journal entries in notepad, but I'm on public computers, and I'm not always guaranteed a computer that has more than a stripped down web browser installed, or even a functioning floppy drive. Am I missing a basic setting (I have cookies enabled in my profile), or can anything be done to change this?
