Help with resizing avatar - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I wasn't sure where to post this request but I figured this was the best place to start.

I have a picture (photograph) stored on my hard drive I would like to shrink down to use as my avatar.

I am NOT good with this type of thing....is there anyone out there who could help me with it?

I use Irfanview for non-animated images, use link below if you want to use an animated gif.
