Cant remember what the command was... - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Ok this is driving me nuts. i know theres some command to type into the command window for windows xp that lets me control what programs and stuff first come on at startup. I knew what it was last week and cant figure it out at all today now that i need it. Anyone know what im talking about or what the command is? its not regedit but its almost as useful.
