slant eyes

when i boot up my computer, which is running winxp sp1, there is a weird connection made to unknown.level3.net and shortly disappears. i've read on some places that symantec might be using this for the updates, and since i have norton antivirus 2003, this sounds reasonable. but freaky thing is, i just realized that someone has gotten a hold of my credit card. i've been paranoid about checking netstat for connections, but never really found anything, until now. and then all of a sudden someone has my credit card.

coincidence? or is something up with this connection? anyone know for sure what this connection is for?

those who want to try, right when my computer finishes booting up, i go to the command window (Start > Run > 'cmd') and type netstat -o, pressing *up arrow + enter* repeatedly.
