I use to like to download these before I fomated when I was on dialup 28.8. I have cable now so it doesnt take so long to use windows update. Its like a mini service pack I think http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=826939

not bashing but isnt this just the regular updates that come from visiting windowsupdate site?

Yes. The rollup contains previously released windows critical updates.
