Has anyone recently noticed the stupid fucking links to other search engine searches, after a Google search?

like this http://cool-search.ws/se.php?qq=eating%20shit for example. I searched for 'eating shit' on yahoo and came up with that. I JUST FUCKING SEARCHED FOR THAT SHIT! WHY DO I WANT TO LOOK AT ANOTHER FUCKING SEARCH ENGINE?

Does anyone know what the fuck is going on here?

Can you be a bit more specific about your problem? Where do the links show up? As results of the search, as pop-ups? Coolwebsearch is one of the more irritating browser hijackers out there. Looks like you may have been infected....

Its happening more and more. Its a bit worse with porn terms (I get bored). There be up to 10pgs+ that all look the same just w/ different urls.

I'm not too knowledgable about it, but I'd assume these sites have a script that catches the keywords you search for and implants it into their site. So it looks like the page magically has exactly what you need. (bad description, brain is shutting down). Not sure how they pull of the high ranking (don't know much about search engines).

Web Advertising is fucking horrible, and will only get worse (esp with that ban on email spam in the works).

Sometimes you may get better results by going to lesser known search engines. (I used to know a few but I can't think of them). :/

Yea, it turned out to be that damn coolwebsearch deal. Basically, I would type something in, then on the first page of Google results, 8 out of 10 of them would be links to random other search engines, where the results on those would bring me to nothing even close to what I wanted in the first place. Anyways, its all better now, http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html hast this CWS remover and problem solved.
