good free wallpaper sites? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

so I was looking for a wallpaper and it seems that wallpaper sites have gotten the pr0n-site disease, with fake links, links to other sites instead of actual wallpapers, pay money, etc etc.

Do any of you guys know some real good wallpaper sites that are free? thanks.. and don't say digblasphemy :P

Yeah, I tend to go there, or find photos that I like (Ansel Adams, Christopher Burkett, James Nachtwey, etc)

Digital Blasphemy has a free section. I've found some pretty good stuff there. The better stuff is, of course, in the member section, but it's a start.

ah, how I long for the days when deskmod still had its tetra-collection of wallpapers, and it was oh-so easy to browse through and get whatever you wanted. Man, those were the days. Now deskmod has had its balls cut off and has no content whatsoever.

www.wincustomize.com has a good wallpaper section. You have to sign up, and are limited to 50 megabytes of content per email address though.
