Winrar should work for it. I've gotten several comics in CBR format myself, and winrar should be able to open those no problem.

CBR is just zip or rar renamed anyway. CDisplay is an awesome reader for comix, you won't be disappointed. Reminds me of the GB+ of comix I gotta read yet
