			http://www.w3schools.com/aspnet/aspnet_vsasp.asp basicly .NET is more advanced, has full langauge support for Visual Basic.NET, C# and C++ as code behind and it has a lot more handy features .. datagrids, input controls wich can be controlled via the script code etc etc
