XP Laptop mouse setting resetting
I am troubleshooting a small issue for one of my users. Our company recently distributed a new HP CPQ laptop to him. The OS is XP Pro.
The user changes the mouse setting to left handed and everytime he reboots it defaults to right handed. Thus, he needs to change it again after the reboot. Any ideas? thank you
