TV tuner software-alternative to ATI MMC?

I have a TV wonder VE and recently installed the new version of ATI multimediacenter only to find out that it has no TV guide for U.S. users. It used to have Guide+, but I can't seem to find any info, it seems Guide+ was bought out by TV Guide. Whatever.

Anyway, does anyone have any alternatives to ATI MMC? I don't need all the timeshifting stuff, I have this on an older PC so I don't know if it can't handle the newer resource hogging media center-type programs (beyondTV, etc.) I just need a nice TV viewer with a tv guide of some sort.

Thanks.

Have you downloaded the newest versions from the ATI site? I have the 9800 Pro and Guide Plus works just fine, always has. If you're not able to record then something is set up wrong.

I installed the newest version, 9.2, and it had no Guide+, when i pressed the guide button, it took me to a setup for TVTV, which is only available in Europe as far as I can tell.
I went into the old versions on ati.com and installed 9.1, and it has NO option for Guide+, and no button or icon to launch it like my old install had. That is what led me to believe that it was no longer a part of the package.

I've got an older version of MMC, but it's a piece of shit and I can't stand using it - I'm on the lookout for better software, but haven't found any yet.

I found how to use the new version, adn still get the guide... all you need to do is install the new MMC, then after it is all installed, use your original disk, and explor it, and find the directory for guideplus, and install it manually.

Hope this helps.
