Somebody know IRC Matrix, or was it Matrix IRC ?

Im searching for an irc client called IRC MatriX or MatriX IRC ? im not shure.
I hope somebody here knows this programm and can post a link, cause its my favourite irc client :D

OS is Windows.

hmm i don't know much about irc clients, but i think it was an script, but i'm not shure
