Exchange / Outlook Question - Looking for an expert
Hi all, I monitor my personal mailbox as well as a shared mailbox at work for our team. (Added in advanced options) I get the new mail notifications when someone e-mails my personal mailbox, however when e-mails come into the shared mailbox, it just shows up as an unread message with no other notification. Do you know if there's a way to set this so I'll get notification when an e-mail comes into the shared mailbox? Would this be a setting in Outlook or something that would have to be done on the server? I'm using Outlook 2003, and I'm pretty sure we're running Exchange 2003. Thanks!! |
