I need some files from an Italian University - Please HELP! - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Well, here:

are some packages from Mathematica that I'm desperately need. As far as I know, this is the only place where I can get them free. The only way of downloading them is

So you need to be on the University of Rome Campus to download those files. My question is: is there any way of getting these files with some program that can change the ip adress i have? Or is there any other way?

so essentially you're asking how to get around security restrictions set in place by the ftp admin at this university?
