Hi there.

Somebody know an good irc bot wich runs under windows ?
It should be able to automatic give + to users who are sharing files.
Hope somebody can help me

bitchx can aop if thats all you want....and it wont get you kicked off servers.

thats not all i want

It should give auto voice for users providing a DCC server.
Cause i want that only users who share can leech

Use an IRC server that has NickServ Services, get the people to register their nicks and add them to channel access at whatever level is required.. No bots needed, WinBots suck anyways man... Eurgh!

/msg chanserv help access levels
/msg nickserv help register

are probably the commands you need, it's not too hard to figure out...

There are mIRC scripts that will do what you want. Which ones in particular, I don't know.

hmm, thats an idea, i thonk irc MatriX supports this funktions.
