Help With Office 2000 - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I am having a problem with the menus in office 2000. For some reason they are condensed and have an arrow you click on to display the full menu. Here is an image of what I mean.

How do I turn that off so the full menu displays all the time?

I run Windows XP Professional SP2 all current updates if thats any help.

From the menus:

Tools->Customize... ->Options Tab-> Always Show Full Menus
