Seeking suggestions for web GUI application builder software
 

Does anyone have suggestions on tools to automate the development of web-based front-ends for SQL back-ends? Something to help build forms and reports with lookup tables and such.

Sure, I can build it all by hand in PHP but there's gotta be some tools to speed up the process. I've used phpMyEdit but looking for something with more features. It doesn't need to be free.

I've got a project using Microsoft Access and it's driving me nuts because, well, Access is Access. If it weren't for the easy (well, mostly easy) form and report creation I'd drop it entirely for PHP/MySQL.

Ruby On Rails It'll cause you to think a little differently, but once you've got it you'll roll out pages faster than anything you would believe.
