How to do batch downloads from a passwd site?
 

I'm pretty naive about downloading files from a website, and was wondering if someone could point me to a program that can do batch downloading for a password protected site (actually three passwords are required in their appropriate boxes on an entry page). I played around a bit with HTTrack but it didn't seem to be able to do it.

Sorry if this is a dumb question . . . .

EDIT: I have all the passwords, and this is a university library reference site, if that makes any difference.
