I am so hoping that this passes. It is ludicrous that I can't carry legally in my favorite resteraunt/sports bars etc.

I think people carrying guns in places where alcohol is consumed is potentially extremely dangerous and any business with a liquor license should have the right to refuse this

they do have the right to refuse it if they want. But lawfully carrying in an establishment that serves alcholol is no different than carrying in mcdonalds since the person carrying isn't consuming alcholol in either scenario.

It's just as easy for someone wanting to kill someone to walk out into the parking lot to grab the gun and bring it back in... plus the people who are likely do do something like this are more than likely already carrying illegally concealed weapons into these venues... they are concealed after all.

I'm not pro-gun or anything, but after meeting and becoming friends with good people who regularly carry guns, I've become a fan of the idea.
