Black Powder Revolvers

Does anyone have any opinions on these revolvers? Specifically the Colt 1851 and 60 navy and army models? I think they're great!

Been wanting to get into black powder shooting for years now.

been thinking about that myself cause the guns themselves seem nice and cheap- plus they look cool, and we all know that that matters

haha, yeah...I fired a cap and ball revolver for the first time today, and let me tell you...it is pretty sweet! Just kinda hard to get used to taking a while to load instead of popping in the cartridges...haha

I have a Colt Navy 1851 in .44. Sweet shooting lil gun. Takes a helluva long time to load the damn thing, but hey, its still fun. Its also damn dirty. But cleaning is relaxing to me. So it all works out.

Yeah, the cleaning would get a bit tiresome, seeing that the black powder used doesn't burn that clean...haha...but at least you don't have to use solvents! Just soap and water!
