Cheapest price for ammunition on the web?

I'm farking tired of getting stiffed for target ammunition to the tune of 12-13 bucks a box. Anyone have any good links where I can buy ammunition over the internet?

I'm already aware of:

www.ammoman.com

Eric has some pretty good deals now and again and his customer service is great.

Locally, Wally world isn't to bad.

Aside from reloading, I always found Walmart to be one of the cheapest places around for ammo.

WOW some of those prices at ammoman are fantastic! Man when I get a few thousand together... I am stocking up on 9MM, then .45ACP when I finally buy a .45.

What is the consensus on buying foreign ammo, wolf, and steel cases?

Wolf is a little dirtier than most, but definitely use it in a russian weapon.

THe others im not sure of

Dan's ammo

Free shipping east of the mississippi and ten bucks anywhere else in the lower 48.

He does not have a wide range, but if you own a caliber of somthing he carries, he is hard to beat.

Personally I wont buy the stuff. I have feed it do my AR-15 and the stuff jams like crazy. It also wont feed very well.

My Glock on the other had eats it like candy. But thats Glock for ya. It'll eat anything I give to it.

The steel cased rounds produce a little more wear and tear on your firearm. To counter some of this they put laquer on the shells which will melt off in the chamber if it gets too hot. This can get the spent casing stuck in the chamber and it is also harder to clean.

But if the price is a factor for you and youre willing to put up with a few snags, and a little extra wear, go for it. Its a smoking deal.

Hope this helps!
