Day 3 done.
And 16 out the door...
Man, I love squat rest day.
Day 16 is finished.
Note to self: it's a little harder to rock out on leg lift reps after an evening of nachos, beer, and Jack. Thank Kenny Loggins for squat rest days.
We'll have you on paleo in no time.
Oof. Paleo AND vegetarian? That would take some hardcore planning.
The hard part would be the protein. Depends on whether you allow yourself eggs and dairy.
Not during the day. For dinner, though, yes.
I'm fucking plastered, but day 15 is done.
Apparently I meant Day 16... I think? It was quite a night.
17 out of the way...
In sets of 25 for the squats...I decided to kick out my pushups in my office quickly.
Now home on Friday night can be one of complete vegging and rest. (except for walking the dogs, of course.)
Day 17 done, not wasted!
Day 17 = done. w00t.

Big hill up ahead, gonna be tough...I'll meet you at the finish line.
And day 18 is dead and buried.
It's getting interesting now. 4 sets of 25 squats thru the day, 2 of 20, 15 to finish off after the pushups and leglifts.
Weekends are nice, you can watch the telly while doing it.
Although, I will warn you about watching a very funny show, you might find yourself laughing & choking during a combined set and skit.
Late night, just finished day 18. Felt pretty good.
And 19 is out of the way.
Accidentally did an extra 10 leglifts...
No excuses, I know...
It's been a very long day and I'm just back from my trip up north. Heading back to work tomorrow, I know I need a good night's sleep, so I'm going to forego day 19 tonight and hit it tomorrow morning, either before I get to work or from inside my office. I'm posting this here to remain accountable to the fact that I said I was going to do it in such a manner.
Oh, and I took care of day 18 late last night/early this morning as well.
Day 19 is finished. 10 more days!
If you need to shift a day, go for it...nobody's going to roast you. (life happens while you're making plans...)
Besides, if you do what you say you're going to do, to catch up...Day 20 is a squat rest day and the leglifts have gone down by half.
So that in combination with Day 19, it's almost like you're doing Day 18. (just a bit more...)
Although you'll need the push up rest on Day 21, because you'll end up doing 40 pushups.
Whatever works for you. Get some rest, sounds like a long day you had.
