29 Day Fitness Challenge

    I'm going to combine Day 24 & 25 together today.

    I was just too stressed and anxious on my last day of my old job...
    You'd think I'd be relieved and happy...and I was. But a lot of other things added into the mix and my mind was wound up.
    I fell asleep as soon as I got settled. (and another distraction too...)

    But that's what Saturdays are for...recovering from Fridays ;)

    Did half the leg lifts last night for Day 24 and then fell asleep, so I finished up with the rest along with Day 25.

    26 over with.

    It was a good day for math geeks...nice division sets. 25 each, 8 each, 20 each
    I decided to kick it up a notch for the leg lifts and added weighted shoes to the mix.

    not making like I'm about to take a dump in the woods. Ooo...but I get off the toilet really good now. :p

    Oi...this is going to be a bitch figuring out where to kick out squat sets...there's no good place to do them at the new job.
    People are already staring at me since I'm the new guy. (being big & bald and in a suit doesn't help either :rolleyes: )

    uhh...I think I'll do "buns, guns & abs" lite from now on...

    But put this puppy to bed...Day 29 is finished, challenge complete.
    Did, done, do'd
    (3 sets of 50 for squats thru the day done in a quiet and non-populated stairwell at work.
    and finish off the rest at home in 4 sets - 25-10-25...)

    Thanks to @DamnitAll for putting it out there. (nice company too)

    I think I'll go back to my gym and karate...and it will be getting warmer soon...so I'll be getting out my bike.
    But I'll be ready to rock, the winter wasn't a hibernation period as usual for me.

    And it seems to have some results, someone said I looked like I was in special forces the other day.
    An exaggeration, but a nice spontaneous compliment all the same.

    I'm hoping to lose some weight and be cut by the time my pool opens.
    It would be nice to get some 2nd glances every once in awhile. (not screams :eek:)

    My next challenge: complete an unassisted pullup so I can get my goddamned backpiece tattoo.

    Soooooooooo, my surprise travels totally knocked off my stride. I did two days last night, trying to do three throughout the day today, and I should be done.


    So, it's the 31 day challenge. Damn it. I WILL FINISH, though.
