Sorry, while I suppose a case can be made, I just don't see the equivalency of anal bleaching to dying your hair.

That said, I could be argued that all attempts to "improve" yourself through cosmetics are an answer to some form of insecurity.

Yes, it could be argued that cosmetic modification is done out of insecurity, and I agree that can be the case. However, to state that all people who whiten their buttholes do it out of insecurity or narcissism is a poor generalization, in my opinion.

I don't feel that insecurity is the only reason one might change their appearance.

 

It has to be pointed out that most job interviews won't check or care about the colour of your anus, so by that measure it is more socially acceptable than hair dye.

 

I assume that in the porn industry the immaculate butt is the goal, but in the main stream average Joe public, I can't see this being the growing trend that guy talks about on the film. I think that if a woman is confident in her body then she wouldn't care if her butt crack is darker ! so it could be one of those cosmetic procedures that rely on insecurities to make money. Like Brazilian waxing, do men really prefer it completely smooth or have we been brain washed that this is what they want by the porn industry.
Before posting this I had a good look at my butt, nothing special or different to any I have seen over the years (and previously being a carer for the elderly, I have seen hundreds of butt holes) if I was to present my rear to a man and he said 'you know, you would look better if you had anal bleaching' he wouldn't get a chance to see the goods again.

There might have been a small amount that crept in.

I looked in the mirror because until I posted about anal bleaching, I had never considered that I may have imperfections in the butt area, everywhere else, yes but the butt bit never crossed my mind.

And as I have never considered a career in porn I think my butt hole is safe from harsh chemicals for now.
