    The problem is that we are conditioned regarding sexuality from a young age. I was raised in a home that treated sexuality very openly. Pornography? Well, you're not hurting anyone by fapping, so it was always accepted, even discussed. My mom gave me romance novels at an early age, and I understood--and we talked about--how these novels function as porn for women. We laughed and laughed and laughed as a family over the episode of Friends where Joey finds Rachel's erotica.

    As a result. I grew up very comfortable with myself and my proclivities. Not everyone is so lucky.

    Sex and things related to sex were never, ever, ever a source of shame in my house.

    I was raised in a similarly fortunate way. We were always able, even encouraged, to discuss openly any sexual question or situation. We kids not only knew early on where babies came from, we knew that Mom and Dad were unashamedly "doing it," which they usually called "making whoopee," If I felt that I couldn't talk to my parents, well, I've had some very illuminating discussions of sexual practices and techniques with my aunt (Mom's sister) and how different things were back in the old days before birth control pills, which may parents made sure I had access to at a young age. A good thing, I might add.;) Acting out sexually was my teenaged rebellion of choice.

    Porn? My dad rented XXX videos in his store. They were kept in a separate room, but we kids knew they were there, and, uh, indulged our teen-aged curiosity.

    I think I may be the exception to the rule. Sexuality was never discussed in my house and my sister has always been a bit of a prude (she's getting better I suppose, we've had some interesting conversations lately). However i've always been fairly comfortable with the subject and will openly tell you that I enjoy porn every now and then, searching out those rare good finds and even sharing those finds with friends. It just always felt like a natural thing to me.

    I feel like an exception to the rule as well. It was never discussed in my house either, and so far as to make me feel guilty over natural things. I was the single child of a single parent mom that was separate from my dad as far back as I can remember, and was never involved with anyone else, on any level. Overall, the effects of growing up in such an environement which I still haven't fully overcome now in my 30's.

    Where do you find such "amateur, homemade fuckery" that truly is amateur and not promateur? I'll occasionally find something good on Tumblr but that is pretty rare and getting more so.

    Promateur - pseudo or wannabe porn actors doing it with other pseudo or wannabe porn actors, without attachment to the person(s) they are with beyond the duration of the recording session. Not your average folks next door who have an exhibitionist streak and who just get a kick out of or are turned on by sharing their fun.

    IMO--Porn labelled as amateur that looks amateurishly filmed when in fact there are multiple cameras, and the same "amateurs" appear in numerous videos with different partners.

    Porn Hub has some amateur videos...but...you have to dig for them and know what to look for before you click on the clip.

    Red Tube used to be good for actual amateur porn. The last time I tried it had changed to a membership site. Free Voyeur Web is good, at least some? most? of the women in the free portions look like women you see IRL, but I never paid to see any of their more explicit videos and images.
