    Never tried making liver jerky.

Here are a few tips for making it less potent.
    1) Soak it overnight in buttermilk.
    2) Bread it and fry it, but only to medium rare.

I've never liked liver, but I can tolerate it that way.

Calves liver not as strong as beef liver, but the smell is just as nasty. Best covered up by frying it with lots of onions.

I've also tried barely cooking liver, then running it through food processor or sausage grinder. Then mix with cream cheese for a good spread/pate/dip. Still smell while cooking, though.

Or try chicken livers. I order them out sometime, if I can find them not offered up along with gizzards. I like chicken livers, but hate gizzards.

Snacks --- I often keep a little bowl of grape or cherry tomatoes on my desk. I also love Fritos Scoops but don't let myself buy them very often.
