Sure, I work for the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
We often have people come into the office who have different form of mental conditions that cause them make strange and offputting statements.
They can seem sensible on the surface, often grabbing bits and pieces of reality, forced into a structure of normal standard conversation but when you break them down there is no real content except the base of their condition.
This is especially true with people with personality disorders.
For example someone who is cluster A (APD) antisocial personality disorder will justify their distorted and hostile feelings with an overwhelming amount of verbiage laced with official sounding terminology.
Most understand that they don't fit into the societal structure but largely don't care. They develop complex rationalizations for why this is true.
The person disregards social rules and obligations, is irritable and aggressive, acts impulsively, lacks guilt, and fails to learn from experience. In many cases, he (because the large percentage are men) has serious difficulty maintaining relationships. Burning bridges is a norm.

While I was more than willing to give you room for ESL we have many others on the board who are from other countries, without any of these issues.
I also don't do armchair analyzing, as a rule but none of your posts have led me to believe you are willing to listen to anything but the direct approach.
This forum is based around very different people who can set that aside and find common interests.
If you can't see that, if you aren't built that way, I'm really sorry.
