Does anyone recognize this landscape. It's wallpaper for a g-mail account that I sometimes use. Arid, red rocks and dirt. Where is this?? American Southwest, Australia, Mongolia?
The surface looks Martian.
That could be just about anywhere. NW Oklahoma?

I made reservations at The View Hotel in Monument Valley, AZ for the third week of March. It's definitely off the beaten path. We'll probably drive past the Four Corners area and I can visit Tuba City, Arizona and add it to my collection of pictures from musically named places. Like Bass Lake and Fiddletown, CA; Brass Town, NC; Viola, IA; Reedville, VA; Ft. Drum, NY.
