Netflix and Marvel's Daredevil

Yeah, I'm going to have to go with the Netflix Daredevil costume.

I was never a huge fan of the comic book Daredevil costume as it is, and the movie suit-- though, indeed, very faithful-- seemed to have the same problems I always saw in the comic book suit. First and foremost being that it's just fabric: and while Daredevil has his awesome mutated super-senses, he is otherwise just a regular dude with superb reflexes and training. He is not invulnerable, or an instant regenerator. And he's going up against lots and lots and lots of armed criminals.

Dude needs super-high-quality lightweight armor. Not spandex. And not pleather.

 

I can't wait.
