How is everyone feeling about the draft so far?
Bills went for DE in the first and second round which surprised me.
I thought round 2 would be offensive line, which they did go for in round 3.
    Slashing article about the Texans:
New regime, same mess: Texans blunder in selection of Stanford QB Davis Mills

It's really bad when you are a bad team and you don't even have a pick until round 3 because you traded away all your picks.

I didn't follow the Texans draft except for hearing a few bits on our local news. O'Brien is still screwing the Texans. The trade for Tunsil, the Clowney trade that didn’t happen when the Texans had leverage, and then giving away Hopkins.

While I understand the Texans showing respect to Watt by giving him his release, I can't help thinking a few picks, even if only second rounders, would've been helpful.

A related thought: Before the sexual harassment and assault allegations against Watson, the Texans might've been able to make a trade that included many draft picks. Now Watson could end up serving jail time, and a suspension by the NFL.

I WATCHED THE DRAFT, I WAS SUPRISED AT A FEW THINGS,
MAC JONES FELL SO FAR. BUT THATS APPARENTLY WHAT THE PATRIOTS WANTED
JUSTIN FIELDS DID NOT LOOK HAPPY TO BE IN CHICAGO.
I WAS SUPRISED THAT ATLANTA DRAFTED PITTS AND DIDNT TRADE DOWN

SEEMS LIKE AARON RODGERS WILL NOT BE IN GREEN BAY NEXT YEAR..

WHY DID BUFFALO PICK UP MITCH TRIBISKY WHEN THEY HAVE FROMM WAITING? I KNOW HE DIDNT SEE ANY TIME LAST YEAR BUT JOSH ALLEN WAS ON FIRE. IF I RECALL FROMM WAS IN A BUBBLE SO TO SPEAK SO IF EVERYONE GOT COVID THEY HAD A QB

THE COLTS PICKING UP CARSON WENTZ WAS INTRIGUING. THEY HAVE JACOB EASON WHO IS READY. NOT SURE HOW MANY MORE YEARS WENTZ HAS LEFT IN HIM, BUT AT THE SAME TIME WENTZ MAY SUCK

The Bills grabbed Trubisky because this is a potential Super Bowl year for them.
If Josh Allen gets hurt they need a QB ready to step in who can lead the team to a winning record over however many games they play.
Fromm just isn't there yet. Actually I don't think anyone has any idea what Fromm is at this point. It isn't his fault but it's the way his rookie season went down.

Given the large number of women, 22 is the last number I read, I think there is some truth.

    I could see this...

Watson did surprise some women by flashing his dick or rubbing it against them.

Some of the women enjoyed the game.

Some only went along because he's Deshaun Watson.

Some went along because he paid well and tipped generously (I am NOT suggesting they performed sex acts for money).

Some were disgusted but kept quiet.

Some of the women are being truthful.

    Some are exaggerating.

    Some are lying.

    Excellent question. No clear answers.

    Civil lawsuit(s), probably settlement(s).
Criminal charges, unknown at this time.
NFL, hard to say. Goodell has cracked down on some players, and let others walk without even a slap on the wrist. If enough of the charges prove true, I could see Watson sitting out a full season (honestly this would require some major proof and a clear pattern of bad behavior).

As to Watson wanting to be traded, no team wants him with this cloud hanging over him.

I thought before that it would be very difficult to trade him. Now with these allegations piling up it's completely impossible.
    Bad situation for all involved.

If Watson ends up serving jail time, and is suspended by the NFL, he could be facing a lot of time out of the NFL. At this point I think "where's there is smoke there is fire" applies, but we don't know what the fire is, exactly.

BTW & FTR: I'm not defending Watson. He appears to be guilty of inappropriate behavior at best, sexual assault or even rape at worst. I don't see him being completely innocent. But I could be wrong, we'll have to see what happens.

Look back at the Michael Vick incident...

long story short.. caught, convicted, did his time, signed Another 100 million dollar contract (with the eagles this time).
hated by some loved by others, but he paid his time and played more football.
