Pick my hairstyle

I've been trying! I did a cool behind the head side braid the other day. I'm just so uncoordinated that it gets tangled. That's why I'm trying to keep the general length long, but change something up so I'm less bored!

 

@geneticshift I would suggest more layers to give your hair more movement. But keep the length long. I just did this recently and am loving it. It's much cooler, too.

Just tell them to give you angled layers starting right below your cheek bones.

 

I never learned how to braid hair... I hope BabySquirrel won't expect me to braid her hair.

 

Is low maintenance important?

 

Attempted a braided knot. It's hard to take pictures of the back of your head. It's needs some work, but it's getting there.

 

Still want cut ideas though!!

I have an appointment tomorrow to whack off my hair. If I remember to do so, I'll take a before and after shot for you kids.

I don't know how it will work, but we'll see. I want an easy "wash, product, messmessmess" look with the ability to make a styled swooshy thing if need be.

I still have yet to find a stylist in my town that I like and I've lived here almost 4 years. I am going to a new stylist yet again. Crazy risk since I have never worked wit this person and I am going super short. I might be going hat shopping today.

 

Squeee.....off to chop off all my hair.

All praise should be given to the stylist. I had no idea what I wanted so she just looked at my hair and made this happen.
